Why do we turn wrong again and again, requiring God over and over to turn us right?

Take great care how you use this world, Paul warned the believers, for all its fashion is about to pass away.

Meat, milk, bread, wine, honey, salt, fruit, manna, quail, and even locusts show up on God's menu for us. Amazing.

"He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her." - John 8:7

"You are not your own, for you are bought with a price." - I Corinthians 7:19-20

"Make them after their pattern, which was showed thee in the mount." - Exodus 25:40

Moses took forty days with God, receiving the law on stone tablets. And I rush through these daily readings?

What if we are, as Paul was, stewards of the mysteries of God? Daunting.

"Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? - John 6:67

"The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory." - Psalm 24:10

"Love is the fulfilling of the law." - Romans 13:10

"Receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably." - Hebrews 12:28
