Five presidents now acclaimed for their greatness, had to endure withering denunciations in their time. It  didn't stop Jefferson, Jackson, and Lincoln in the 1800s, or FDR and Reagan in the 1900s, from succeeding in the White House and even winning reelection. Will the "dangerous" Donald Trump do likewise?
