Bible Thursday 4/6: Unity

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalm 133:1-3. In what way does my church need greater unity (verse 1)? What are we doing about it? What's my role?

Zechariah 6:1-15. Who seems to have been chosen by God for a special role in building the faith in our world today (verses 11-13)?  How can I support that individual by prayer and other means?

II John 1-13. What person or group is Christ's worst enemy in our world today (verse 7)?  How can I combat them by prayer and other means?

Matthew 23:13-26. In what way does my private interior self fail to match my public exterior self (verse 25)? Action point?
