Bible Saturday 9/2: What to Trust

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalm 20:1-9. Verse 7 KJV, what's the difference between making use of a horse and trusting in it? What are some things I may trust in God's place? Action point?

Judges 2:1-23. Verses 16-19, as Israel disobeyed the judges God sent, what agents or spokesmen for the Lord are Christians failing to heed in our times? What's my church doing about it?

Acts 27:39 - 28:10. What is my attitude toward miracles, healing, and supernaturally answered prayer? Dismissive? Receptive? Zealous? Action point?

Luke 1:1-4. Verse 4 KJV, the author promises certainty, an eyewitness account (v2) with perfect understanding (v3). Do I take a high, middle, or low view of the Bible's reliability? Does it matter?
