Bible Friday 11/2: Our Father

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 51:1-19. Verse 6 KJV, compared with a few years ago, how has God brought forth his truth and his wisdom in me “from the inside out”? Where is the process notably unfinished?

Isaiah 7:1-25. Verses 4 and 7, upon what matter in my life right now do I need to hear God say “fear not” and “this won’t stand”? How can I really hear it from him, not just wish it?

James 3:13 - 4:6. Verse 4, where specifically am I too friendly with the world? Exactly how does that distance me from God? Action point?

Luke 11:1-13. How can I center my life more around the Lord’s Prayer, daily or repeatedly during the day? First step?
