Bible Friday 5/25: Decide

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 22:1-31. Verses 9 and 10, what is my church doing to combat the culture of death that says a baby in the womb is but a tissue mass for its mother to kill or keep?

I Samuel 6:1-21. Terrifying holiness of God's presence in the ark. Would it please him if I took this seriously: his name in everyday speech, his word in Scripture, his sabbath of rest?

Joel 3:12-21. Verse 14, what important decision would I have God help me make today?

John 10:1-6. Verses 3 and 4, if Jesus knows me by name, what else does he know about me? Am I okay with that? If I know his voice, what's it like? How does it differ from other voices?
