Bible Friday 11/27: Shelter in Him

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 73:1-28. Verses 27 and 28 KJV, far from God or near him. By what attitudes and actions will I put myself in the one condition or the other today?

Isaiah 32:1-20. Verse 2, this hiding place, is it the man Jesus? Unseen to me, unheard, how can he be any such thing? But if he is, from what do I need him to shelter me today?

Revelation 7:9-17. Verse 14, going about my day today in the usual way, by what signs (not words) might others notice that I have been washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Luke 21:5-9. In what form do false Christs tend to appear in these times, deceiving believers as well as unbelievers? What shall I do about it?
