Bible Monday 3/25: To Move Mountains

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 40:1-17. Verse 3, why does God want me to use a new song in praising him? What will be new about the way I exalt and magnify him today?

Jeremiah 52:1-34. The somber end of Jeremiah’s prophetic ministry, representing God to the people. What are some qualities of Jeremiah that I should ask God to imbue and develop in me?

John 12:37-41. What are the symptoms of spiritual blindness and hardheartedness in so many people around us today? How can my church reach them; or are they beyond reaching?

Matthew 21:12-32. Verse 21, what mountain is Jesus ready to move for me today, if I come to him with the prayer of faith?
