Bible Monday 6/30: Saul the Convert

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 147:1-20. Verse 4, if God knows every star in the universe by name and keeps count of them all, can there be any doubt he knows my every need and will unfailingly bring it to pass?

Numbers 6:1-27. If I was to make one vow to God, sacredly binding upon me for the rest of my days, what would it be?

Acts 9:20-31. Saul (Paul), targeted by two murder plots, fervently preaches Christ all the same and is sponsored by Barnabas. What risk shall I take for Jesus this week? What is discipleship costing me?

Mark 2:1-12. Who needs my help coming into the presence of Jesus today? Can I team up with others in providing that help?
