Bible Saturday 4/22: Baby Milk

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalm 104:1-35. What can I do today to have more contact with God's angels (verse 4)? Would meditating more on him contribute to that (verse 34)?

Song of Solomon 7:1-13. If the feminine side of all this imagery represents the church as Bride of Christ (compare Ephesians 5:25-27), how can my church more fully live into that ideal?

I Peter 2:1-12. What keeps me from craving biblical truth like a baby craves milk (verse 2)? Are some answers, and some action points, found in verses 1 and 11?

John 1:19-34. Among the Christians I know personally, who is most like John the Baptist? What can I start doing today to be more like John the Baptist?
