Bible Thursday 5/25: Ascension

Psalm 47:1-10. Going through this day, how can I at least figuratively clap for God and shout for him (verse 1)?  How can my prayers better recognize him enthroned over the heathen, including Islam (verse 8)?

Exodus 32:1-35. It is self-flattering to put myself in Moses' place, furious at the idolaters, but when have I been in Aaron's place, presuming to improve human on what God has commanded divinely?

Acts 1:1-14. Verse 2, how equipped am I to recount the many infallible proofs of Jesus' resurrection? Verse 6, how similar is the disciples' political impatience to Aaron's sin (above)? Verse 11, how well prepared am I for the Lord's return?

Luke 24:36-53. What is one passage each from the law, the prophets, and the psalms foretelling Jesus' messiahship (verse 44) that I could cite for an inquirer?
