Bible Monday 12/1: Stewardship

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 78:41-72. Verse 41, in dealing with many burdens, difficulties, and challenges recently, how have I—without intending it—limited God? What is the consequence?

Esther 3:1-15. Why has Jew-hate persisted across the ages, from Haman to Hamas? What is the consequence from the standpoint of salvation history? What is my church doing about it?

Revelation 14:1-13. Verse 4, following the Lamb wherever he goes. In the specific time and place when I happen to be alive on earth, what does this look like? Action point for this day, this month?

Luke 12:41-48. How does Jesus’ rule that much is required from them to whom much is given, apply to me right now? What more can I do in 2026 to serve my God and King?
