Bible Tuesday 7/29: Halfway Home

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 77:1-20. Verse 14, the God who does wonders. What are some examples from ancient times and from modern times? Application to present needs?

Numbers 35:1-34. Cities of refuge. How can I avoid blind spots in my ideas about the dispensing of human justice, lest I become harsh and unmerciful?

Acts 19:1-10. How is my life different and better today as a result of having given my life to Jesus and received the Holy Spirit?

Mark 8:22-26. What is an area of my life where i’m conscious of Jesus having unfinished business with me? Action point for today?
